 Royal Rangers is an adventure-packed, acheivement-based club program for boys. The purpose of Royal Rangers is to shape boys’ lives with godly direction and character while teaching life skills.

At Howard Hill, Royal Rangers meet on  Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Boys, from Kindergarten through Grade 6, meet for training, devotion, and lots of fun. Each boy is given the responsibility to work through the various advancements at each level of the program.

 MOTTO
Ready. Ready for anything. Ready to work, play, serve, obey, worship, live, etc.
 
PLEDGE
 
With God's help, I will do my best, to serve God, my church, and my fellow man, to live by the Ranger Code, to make the Golden Rule, my daily rule.
 
THE RANGER CODE
 
A Royal Ranger is:
Alert: He is mentally, physically, and spiritually alert.
Clean: He is clean in body, mind, and speech.
Honest: He does not lie, cheat, or steal.
Courageous: He is brave in spite of danger, criticism, or threats.
Loyal: He is faithful to his church, family, outpost, and friends.
Courteous: He is polite, kind, and thoughtful.
Obedient: He obeys his parents, leaders, and those in authority.
Spiritual: He prays, reads the bible, and witnesses. 
 
THE GOLDEN RULE

Royal Rangers is an activity-based outdoor program seeking to develop the total boy for Christ according to Christ's example (Luke 2:52).  Royal Rangers provides boys and young men the opportunity to discover and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while learning teamwork, leadership, and a variety of outdoor skills.  An individual's progress may be represented by his progress along a structured advancement program where recognition is given for his progress toward each advancement level.
